Mash: 75% efficiency
mash in at 150 for 30 min then pull 2 gallons and boil for
ten minutes thenn return for 20 min at 157.
sparge with 180c til 13 gal is collected.
Boil: minutes SG 1.077 13 gallons
1056 chico yeast followed by champagne yeast.
Hops: 2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Galena (13% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (5.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Styrian Goldings (aroma)
