4 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 9 IBU
OG: 1.054 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Grain: 3 lb. American 2-row
7 lb. Wheat malt
Mash: 71% efficiency
I throw in a couple hand-fulls of hulls since there is so much wheat in the mash.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.045 6 gallons
Hops: .5 oz. Tettnanger (5.6% AA, 45 min.)
.25 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 3942 Belgian Wheat
