Log: | After chilling to 80 degrees, added 4 gallons filtered water to fermenter before pitching yeast to bring final volume to 15 gallons. Dry hopped with 50g. Amarillo & 50g. Mt. Hood hops after one week. Gelatin treatment 3 days before kegging. |

Tasting: | A beautiful Red color, very hoppy nose, moderate bitterness with a clean dry finish. Great tasting Ale. Next time I would have added more Amarillo hops during flame off. |
