5.5 lb. Dark malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss added @ 20 minutes
Hops: 1.5 oz. Bullion (7.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast Irish Ale
Log: Sour 2-4 bottles from previous batch
