Yeast: | one pack of dry Munton's ale yeast started in one cup of cooled, boiled water with 1 tsp of dextrose was added after wort cooled. | |||||||
Log: | sat on primary for one week, secondary for 2 weeks at 64 degrees F. Primed with 3/4 cup of dextrose dissolved in 2 cups of boiled water. 1/1/03 After two weeks in the bottle still rough around the edges. 2/5/03 6 weeks in the bottle have greatly improved the quality of this beer |
