German Chocolate Alt
This is a German Chocolate Altbier, which is one of my favorite "lighter" tasting dark beers. I added a little more chocolate malt to this batch, and it turned out very nicely. This is a great Summer dark beer since it is not very heavy, but yet very tasty with that lovely Alt finish.
