Carbonation: 2.8 volumes Keg: 30.5 psi @ 65°F
Tasting: May 18: Out of primary, it had a strong alcohol kick
and seemed drier than expected.
July 18: Alcohol kick has subsided. Much smoother
and malty tasting -- more balanced. Cascade aroma
hops are assertive. Bitterness perceived is toward
low end for the style.
August 12: Hops are fading somwhat. Maltiness
is slightly diminished. Still smells and tastes great.
Best beer I've made so far.
