Altered States

This is my first all-grain Alt attempt. As with all my recipes I
decided to super-charge it and then do something a little different.
Santiam hops aren't the traditional Alt hop but Santiam does have
noble german hop character with a twist. I can't wait to try this!

Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Grain: 10 lb. Great Western Munich
Mash: 80% efficiency
Single infusion mash (152°F, 60 min.)
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.042 7 gallons
1 tbsp. Irish Moss (15 min.)
Hops: 2 oz. Santiam (6.3% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Santiam (6.3% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Santiam (mash-hop) (aroma)
Yeast: WLP011 White Labs European
