1 lb. Honey
The honey was added after 30 minutes of boil time.
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Nottingham dry ale yeast, rehydrated prior to pitching.
