John's Fresh Cascade Heaven

fresh hops make for a happy aromatic beer. the alpha levels in the fresh stuff was lower than you'd get from store-bought goodies, so bitter with some centennial or liberty to be on the safe side.

Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: a pinch of salt!
Grain: 2 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American Munich
1 lb. American victory
Mash: 75% efficiency
55 minutes at 155°.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.154 3 gallons
8 lb. 8 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. Honey
1 tsp irish moss
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: london ale
Tasting: delish! could've had more hop bite, though - would also dry hop next time around.
