Mash in at 160 deg F. Mash rest 148 deg F for 90 minutes.
Sparge at 170 deg F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 11 gallons
Three Kopper Klear tablets at 5 minutes before end of boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
0.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Burton.
Log: Dry hop using Columbus, .25 ounces.
Carbonation: 2.3 volumes Keg: 7.7 psi @ 35°F
