Log: | fermint 68 72 for 5 days, then to secondary for three days then keg and card for three days. | |||||||
Carbonation: | forced carb. in keg 30 psi three days then served at 10 psi | |||||||
Tasting: | This Beer is by far our favorite. Its slightly malty with a little honey aftertaste due to the honey malt. tettanger in the finish. It rarely gets better than this. If you like malty and slightly sweet ales try this one. |
