Water: Water from reverse osmosis system. 1 tsp gypsum and 2 tsp CaCO3 with dilution water
Grain: 1.5 lb. American crystal 20L
.5 lb. Roasted barley
Steep: Steep grains for 30 minutes in 2.5 gallons of 150 F water.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.159 2.5 gallons
0 lb. Light malt extract
10 lb. Amber malt extract
0 lb. Dark malt extract
Irish Moss 1 tsp 15 minutes
Hops: 2 oz. Target (10% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Edinburgh Ale Yeast.
Carbonation: 1.9 volumes Corn Sugar: 2.93 oz. for 5 gallons @ 72°F
3 oz of corn sugar
