4 oz. German Chocolate
4 oz. Victory Malt
4 oz. Dark Munich
Steep: Steep at 170° for 45mins
Boil: 50 minutes SG 1.043 6.5 gallons
6.5 lb. Amber malt extract
.5 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Hops: .75 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
.75 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: 2nd generation Bavarian Lager Yeast 2206 wyeast
Carbonation: 2.7 volumes Keg: 14.4 psi @ 40°F
Prime with equal parts DME and Corn Sugar.For kegs I use .5 cups
