Mash: 70% efficiency
157° in an ice cube cooler for 1 hour
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 6 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: WLP001 - California Ale - it's what was ready in the carboy
Carbonation: 2 oz. corn sugar in the keg for a few days, then put it in the fridge and top off with CO2. It works faster this way.
