Gracie's American Pale

Water: Straight Tap water
Grain: 0.91 lb. American 2-row
7.2 oz. American crystal 20L
7.2 oz. American crystal 90L
7.2 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Steep: steep grains n 6 gal of water once temp.of water reaches 170 degrees remove grains and strain

Bring to a boil and remove from the heat then add malt extract and stir until completly dissolved.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.048 6.0 gallons
5.75 lb. Light malt extract
0.91 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss 30 minutes left in boil
Hops: 0.95 oz. Centenial (11.3% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Amarillo (9.1% AA, 30 min.)
0.5 oz. Amarillo (9.1% AA, 15 min.)
1.0 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: WHITE LABS 001 CALF ALE

INJECTED OXYGEN INTO WORT BEFORE PITCHING YEAST
Log: Ferment at room temps (68-72F).
