Steep: | Steep grains in 2 quarts water warm to 160° F and let rest for 45 minutes. Sparge with 2 quarts water that has been heated to 160° F. |

Add 2.7 Gallons to the sparge for a 3.5 Gallon boil. 1 tsp Irish Moss in last 20 minutes of boil. |
