This beer turned out excellent, and I distributed it in a "Holiday Cheer Beer" pack with my Oktoberfest which I gave to my close friends for the Holidays.

Log: | In primary for 5 days. In secondary for 2 months! Therefore required additional yeast for conditioning. Added 5g. dry Nottingham reconstituted in 3/4c boiled/cooled water, along with 1.5c boiled/cooled water + 1tsp yeast nutrient + 2/3c priming sugar. Best after one month in bottle | |||||||
