Log: | Brewed 8-21-05 Primary for 1 week. Secondary for 1-2 weeks. Keg, prime, and condition for another week or two. This will also be the first time to dry hop in the keg. Am planning on using .5-.75 oz. Whole Leaf Kent Goldings in cheesecloth bag. |
