Drunken Dunkel 1-Reg
This was my first attempt at a dunkelweizen, so I did two slightly different versions. This one, 1-Reg, was my attempt at a regular dunkel, although this is a higher alcohol content in comparison with the normal style parameters. It turned out very nicely, with the textbook banana clove finish, but still has a lot of kick.

Tasting: | A very nice smooth tasting classic dunkel, with a kick. A subtle banana clove finish, but very, very, smooth and refreshing. I am very pleased with the results. See Drunken Dunkel 2-Dark for an alternative recipe. |
