Slow Elk Oatmeal Stout Clone
This recipe is nearly the exact same as that posted on BYO with a minor change. The flaked oats were replaced with "Naked oats". The clone posted on BYO was from the brewer himself so hopefully this clone will turn out as well.

Tasting: | Tasted at bottling 8/26/05 and results are great. After carbonation, wow, what a tasty brew. The only change for next time will be to double the batch size. |
