Water: | Used distilled water. Added 1 pkg of Burton Water salts at start of boil with light malt and hops after steeping the grains. | |||||||
Grain: | 8 oz. Belgian biscuit 8 oz. British crystal 50-60L 8 oz. British chocolate |

Steep: | Grains are placed in muslin bag and added to 2 gallons of cold water. The water is brought almost to a boil, heat turned off, and grains allowed to steep for 15 mintues. | |||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.049 | 5 gallons | |||||

After steeping the grains, added 1 oz of Perle hops, Burton Water salt, and light malt and started heating to a rolling boil. After 40 minutes, added Irish moss and 0.5 oz of the Tetnanger hops. Added another 0.5 oz of Tetanger hops after 58 minutes of the boil. | ||||||||
