The three billy goats and a troll

1.8 kg dark maltextract is a Munton Bock beer kit. Therefore I don't add any hops.

Bitterness: 0 IBU
OG: 1.094 FG: 1.020
Alcohol: 9.5% v/v (7.5% w/w)
Grain: 5kg German Munich
2kg Belgian CaraMunich
2kg British crystal 70-80L
Mash: 60% efficiency
Boil: 15 minutes SG 1.253 10 liters
1.8kg Dark malt extract
1.0kg Dark dry malt extract
1/3 third of the mash is pulled after 20min, and boiled for decoction
Hops:
Yeast: Wyeast bavarian lager
Log: Fermentation 12degrees celsius for 6 week.
3-4 months lagering at 2 degrees celsius.
I'll be making at simulare batch with just dark malt exstracts to compare with.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 280g for 27 liters @ 15°C
