Steep: | Bring water to 170 degrees with grains steeping. Turn off heat. Cover the brewpot with a towel to trap in heat and let rest for 45mins. Remove grains. |

Boil: | 60min minutes | SG 1.073 | 3.5 gallons | |||||

Use irish moss at the Very Beginning of the boil. This will give the protiens time to fully hydrate. This means better hot break and longer lasting, cleaner tasting beer. |

Log: | Ferment in primary for 5 days. Ferment in secondary until all yeast falls out of solution (3 weeks to two months) |
