Steep: | Crystal, chocolate and brown malts milled together and steeped in grain bag held in 4 gallons of H20 at 150° for 30 minutes. Grains removed after this 30 minutes. |

1/4 tsp. of ground irish moss added during final 15minutes of boil. Wort chilled to 72degrees within 10minutes using homemade copper chiller. |
