Water: Used 1 teaspoon Burton water salts.
Grain: 0.55 lb. American crystal 40L
Steep: Specialty grains steeped in a mesh bag at 150° for 30 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.085 2.5 Imp. gal.
6.7 lb. Light malt extract
1/2 tsp Irish moss added in last 15 minutes of boil.
Hops: 1.75 oz. Northern Brewer (7% AA, 45 min.)
2.25 oz. Northern Brewer (7% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Used White labs London Ale yeast.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Dried Malt Extract: 8.97 oz. for 4.8 Imp. gal. @ 71°F
