	500g Amber malt extract 2.7kg Dark malt extract (coopers dark kit + 1kg extract)
Hops:	100g Pride of Ringwood (estimate of what is in the kit...) (8% AA, 60 min.) 12g Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
