Jimmy's Southie Stout
A second attempt at a guiness like stout. The first attempt was very good, and we were extremely pleased with the turnout, though we thought it could have been a bit smoother and significantly creamier.

Steep: | Added a chocolate grain to make it smoother, added aciduated malt and a crystal 60 to attempt to make it creamier. | |||||||
