Blanche de Malonne

This recipe is my first trial to brew a belgian white. I just used the recipator to size my mash, based on side readings on the subject and my 10 years experience in brewing brown and blond belgian ales at home. As soon as the result is known (after tasting), I'll post some updates to let this community know.
