Alcohol: 4.6% v/v (3.6% w/w)
Water: Used 1/2 tsp of calcium chloride water salts.
Grain: 1.5 lb. German Pilsner
1.75 lb. German Munich
.75 lb. British crystal 70-80L
3 oz. American chocolate
Steep: Steeped grains at 150F for 60 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.044 6.0 gallons
5 lb. Light malt extract
Add Irish moss during the last 15 minutes of the boil
Hops: .75 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: Used Danstar Nottingham Ale yeast
Log: Fermented at around 65-70F.
Carbonation: Bottle conditioned naturally carbonated
