3.0 oz. British chocolate
Mash: 75% efficiency
Single step mash @ 155° F for 90 minutes, mash ph 5.3, continuos sparge until desired boil volume is achieved.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.052 11 gallons
Hops: 0.50 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
1.00 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
0.50 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
1.00 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (aroma)
