Carbonation: | Add 1 Liter Cranberry Juice to racking container immediately prior to transfering from secondary to racking container. | |||||||
Tasting: | The initial addition of cranberry juice provides background flavor that is subtle. The second addition of cranberry juice provide aroma and tartness that comes through on the pour and first taste. The cranberry juice also gives the head a pinkish hue. The light hopping help the cranberry notes come forward and combined with the flavor profile of the Irish Stout. |
