Single infusion mash,hold at 153 deg. for 90 min. Then sparge as normal. | ||||||||
Boil: | 60 minutes | SG 1.060 | 6 gallons | |||||
Added 5 Lb. of fresh blackberries at 45 min left in the boil. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.) 1 oz. Fuggles (3.3% AA, 30 min.) 1 oz. Tettnanger (3.5% AA, 15 min.) |

Yeast: | windsor (canadian) no starter, just rehydrated prior to pitch. | |||||||
Log: | One week in the primary, two weeks in the secondary. Bottle conditioned for three weeks. | |||||||
Carbonation: | 3/4 cup of corn sugar. | |||||||
Tasting: | Far exceeded my expectations. A verry different tasting fruit beer. |
