Brick Lane Weiss beer

My first try at brewing. Crosses fingers and toes(not whilst brewing obv.)

Type: All grain Size: 30 liters
Color:
4 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 25 IBU
OG: 1.050 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: Just a boil before to reduce chlorine
Grain: 1kg 500g British lager
3kg Wheat malt
1kg British Munich
Mash: 85% efficiency
20 at 135 add 5 litres cold water
10 rest at110-120
40 at 140-5
20 at 160
then sparge at 170
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 30 liters
100g Honey
nutrient at 58
honey at end of boil
Hops: 50g Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 45 min.)
20g Hallertauer Mittelfruh (5% AA, 15 min.)
20g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
5g Hallertauer Mittelfruh (aroma)
5g Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: wyeat 3068. made all grain starter using thermos. worked v well
