Type: All grain Size: 25 liters

514 HCU
Bitterness: 21 IBU
OG: 1.047 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 4.2% v/v (3.3% w/w)
Water: pre boiled possibly 1 tb gypsum
Grain: 250g Wheat malt
1kg 500g British crystal 50-60L
1kg 750g British chocolate
1kg 250g Roasted barley
Mash: 85% efficiency
put wheat in first at 120 for 10 minute
raise to 143 add the rest.
after 70 minutes raise to 150 for 25
raise to 165 then sparge
Boil: 50 minutes SG 1.039 30 liters
300g Maple syrup
i add first hops at beginning which is 50
i add maple syrup for flavour 5 minutes before end
Hops: 20g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
20g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
10g Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: this is recipe in prog. undecided
Log: for november
Carbonation: maybe 150 gr honey. i don't want much carb
