Apache Tiswin
This is my take on an old southwest Indian beer recipe. This may be the first beer I make that I think will suck even before I make it!!!!!! But trying a beer with Flaked Maize as the principal grain is an interesting problem. Might add some Gambrinus Honey Malt to help out on flavor.

mash grains in 9 qts 154° water for 1 hour then sparge with 2 gals 170° water. Add enough water to bring boil volume up to 3.5 gals. |
