Steep: Steep grains for 60 minutes
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.087 20 liters
2.5kg Light dry malt extract
1.7kg Light malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss at 20 minutes
Hops: 50g Chinook (12% AA, 90 min.)
25g Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
50g Amarillo (9.5% AA, 0 min.)
50g Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: Burton Ale Yeast WLP023
