Steep: | Gut a large pumpkin or 2 medium sized, cut the meat of it into small cubes and place on pyrex casserole dish. Bake @ 350°F for 60 minutes or until it is lightly browned. Stir with a wooden spoon till a lumpy mush is achieved. Mash with other grains @ 155°F for 45 minutes, sparge with 170°F H2O. | |||||||

Put a tiny(non-measurable) pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg in at beginning of boil. Then with 15 minutes left add 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. ginger and a whirlfloc tab. | ||||||||
Hops: | 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.) .5 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (5% AA, 15 min.) .5 oz. Hallertauer Hersbrucker (aroma) |

Yeast: | White Labs California Ale Yeast. Make a 1 pint starter. |
