Grain: .5 lb. American chocolate
.5 lb. American black patent
1 lb. Flaked oats
Steep: Steep grains/oatmeal in seperate steeping bags for 30 minutes at 155F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.094 2 gallons
3 lb. 3 oz. Dark malt extract
1 lb. Dark dry malt extract
Added Irish moss at end of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (4.1% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.2% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (4.1% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: White Labs Irish Ale Yeast WLP004
