Hops: 2 oz. Chinook (US) (11.6% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Santiam (US) (5.8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Chinook Finshing Hops (12.1% AA, 60 min.)
2.5 oz. Northern Brewer (UK) (8% AA, 15 min.)
2.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast (activator pack). Made a starter with sample from wort and bottled water.
