An real light fruit beer has the aroma of a fresh baked blueberry pie, and the gourgeous purple colour of a french burgundy.
A clean flavoured beer, the honey gives it a dry finish with fine creamy bubbles.

Log: | Crush 10Lbs fresh Blueberries in a juicer or fruight press, put into clean empty 10gal primary (pulp & all). add boiled wort ontop of blueberry "mush", top up to 5 gallons (then add 1 additional gallon to account for volume of blueberry pulp) and 1/2oz goldings hops (aroma)to primary. when wort cools pitch yeast. |
