Grain: 250g Wheat malt
2.75kg Traditional Ale Malt (Joe White)
3kg Maris Otter Ale Malt
Mash: 75% efficiency
mash at 68°c for 60 mins sparge then secondary mash at 68°c for 30 mins
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.062 20 liters
Hops: 31g Pride of Ringwood (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: SAFALE S-04 Dried British Ale Yeast 11.5g
Log: brewed at the start of October, bottled after 1 week in fermenter.
Carbonation: 100g wheat malt extract
