First batch in 10 years. Got the urge to try again, went to our local supply store and he helped me out with this recipe.

Yeast: | Used #56 dry Ale yeast. Pitched it in the morning after the boil, wort was at 72°. | |||||||
Log: | Brewed on 12/7/06. Active fermintation maintained 74°. Racked to 2nd carboy on day 4 as fermintation slowed. Day 6 fermintation had slowed to a bubble in the air lock every 5 minutes and was settled. Bottled on 12/13/06 useing 1 cup of dry Malt extract for priming. | |||||||
Carbonation: | Boiled 1 cup dry malt extract in 3 cups of water for 10 min, added to beer. |
