Mash: 78% efficiency
Mashed grians with a single infusion @ 152°. Used 1qt water per lb. Sparged with 1.5qts per lb.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.043 12 gallons
Added Irish Moss and Yeast nutrient during boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Amarillo (7.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Amarillo (7.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Amarillo (7.5% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: Will pitch two different yeasts WL002 for 5.5 gals and WL023 for the other 5.5 gals
Log: Brewed on 2/27/07. Transferred to secondary on 3/8/07 and Dry Hopped with 2 oz Amarillo. Started with OG: of 1.046, ended up with FG: of 1.012
