6 oz. Belgian Munich
6 oz. Flaked oats
6 oz. Flaked wheat
Steep: Steep at 150 deg. for 30 minutes
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.055 5 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. Wheat extract
Forgot to add Irish Moss
Hops: 1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: 3944 Belgian Witbier Yeast
Log: Primary for 1 week at 70 Deg. Racked to secondary for two weeks at 68 deg. Bottle, wait and enjoy!
