Steep: | Place grain bag in 5 of 6 gal cold water in boil pot. Reserve 1 gal. Bring 5 gal to 165° F and steep for 40 min. Heat reserved gal to 165° and pour through grain bag into boil pot to sparge. Don't squeeze the bag. | |||||||
