Super Bowl XLI Session Beer
Needed a decent session beer for Super Bowl weekend, so came up with this partial mash recipe. Contacted Victory Brewing Co. to get some yeast slurry.

Tasting: | started out a bit astringent, so not much actually got drunk for Super Bowl, but after lagering for a month it smoothed out and was really tasty. |
