Steep: | Add grain to 1.5 gal water and bring to 165°. Turn of heat. Steep 30 minutes. Rinse with up to 1 gallon water. |

Tasting: | The 1st recipe had Northern Brewer Hops in place of Fuggle. The taste testing of a few people said to decrease bitterness. I made to change to fuggle. |
