Bitch, Whine, Complain, Moan
IT'S THE BEER THAT'S BITTER FOR YOU.I got lucky straight out the box w/ this basic idea. Layer the malt & layer the hops. I followed a hopping algorhythm I found in a lot of hoppy recipes. Lots of hops bitterness at 60, a little bit at 30 & a medium amount at 15 to 1. It came out smooth & clean w/2 tsp. of irish moss.

Tasting: | Smooth, a little sweet w/lots of hoppiness . The warrior makes it nicely bitter & the saaz/cascade give a nice aroma and bouquet. The alcohol taste is nice but not overpowering. Good at 45 & 55 degrees; drink it cold in the heat & warm in the cold. Blessings to ya & good barley vinting motherfuckers. |
