steam pilsner
This was a mistake. I didn't think about the fermentation temp of the lager yeast prior to starting the batch. I can't get my basement at a lagering temp so 65ish degrees will have to do. Hopefully this will be okay with any flavors that might appear due to the higher fermentation temps.

I prefer a hoppier taste to my beers so I left the hops in for about 10 min longer at each step accept the 30 min step due to the recepie calling for them to be added at 20 min left in the boil. So in this case add 10 min to the 60 and the 45 but not to the 30. | ||||||||
